School Work Service for Bullies

One of three school children is bullied at schools every day. This may include verbal, emotional even physical. These act of bullying have made many school children who are victimized are afraid of going to schools. In addition, if these kinds of bullying go on over and over, the bullied will experience negative physical, mental, as well as school problems as depression, anxiety, sadness or the decreased academic achievement. It is, therefore, very urgent that we prevent bullying at schools by, among other ways, punishing the bullies with school work services.

Bullying in school was the most common problem that happen in the 21st century. Kids sometimes can be cruel and not all innocent, so if we want to solve the problem we must thinking from the source, why the bullies did it? Bullies with the most hostility reported picking on kids because those kids were not good at sports. The most frequently victims were the kids that less “superior” from the bullies, like they can’t do sports, act differently from them. But the scientist prefer that beliefs and ideals of particular community or society may influence bullying behavior. The research seems to indicate bullying is about “social attitudes manifesting themselves in a very basic way within the school environment,” said study researcher in Rivers of Brunei University in the United Kingdom.

Bullies were more likely than non-bullies to live in families without two biological parents, single parents, living with extended families, but possibly the main causes was the bullies not perceive much attention that they needed at home. And high hostility was associated because they weren’t quite good at academic school therefore, envy might be the main causes. The main problem of the bullying also was the bullies, after all they did, they are still are child. Lack of sympathy and attention might causes them to go rogue, and attract other attention that is negative for the kids.

The parents, and teachers must help them to resolve the problem the bullies have, for example bring them to consultation and therapy that helps them. A lot of bullies might feels sensitive and get defensive about how their feelings, and might seems to come out as completely ignorant, but the parents, and the teachers must not stop help them to feel comfortable to express their feelings, and help them to understand how the society works, and not to scrutinize them. The students also be a helpful piece that solve their problems, and not to encourage the bullies, because often possibly the peer pressure from the bullies might encourage the students to help the bullying victim.

Conclusion is, never ignore the problem in front of our eyes, both the victim and bullies might need the help and we must understand both of their perspective. The victims might feel the most worse than all, especially if there is nobody to help and ignoring them, they might get depressed, anxiety, and didn’t have any guts to back to the school and face the bullies again, we must not encourage the bullying and help the victims, both support from the students, the teacher and the parents. Especially the teacher because they are the responsible to held control in the schools. Bullies perspective can be pretty important piece to, we must understand why they do that, and what is their background. We should not scrutinize and have an immediate isolation, because study have that the bullies have the high risk for an alcohol and substance abuse.
