Sleeping time and Academic Achievment

Education is essential for life today, where all people or young children in particular should be educated that as high as possible not only that, in the search for science achievment they must surely exist in the process of looking for a sience course at school because it was mandatory. And no means to spend time and money to seek knowledge in school but just come, sit down, and go home.,what we can for looking in the school there should be the result and prove with the value of the value of nice and a lot of science and with that achievment would we be if we are earnest in learning. But the feat was not obtained with a relaxed body. Certainly need process and process that is always learning. Able to master any material that teaches and has a desire to be the best and also to be able to devide their time between the time to learn the time to play and time to rest time to sleep because it could affect.

First, Learning is not to be racing last night frequently or done by many young people are now learning that both gradually and our brain will accept casually, if it forcibly will not get a good result because smart student that knows the time to learn and break time. No students who just come sit down and go home and never took the least time learn but have adesire to get the convenience of achievment.

Second, not many know sleep patterns affect college student because it affects the concentration while studying, especially at school. and this has resulted in learning difficult and inefficient. and so a lot of things that are done in today’s young people who can lead them often experience lack of sleep, which is very often in the habit of doing that is playing gadget to not recognize the time. when sleep is one of the things that are often done to relieve tired after a day of activity. Because every human need time to rest enough sleep. Because in addition to relieve fatigue after a day of activities that calm the mind and body condition. and if we are sleep deprived, the brain was less rest and can interfere with learning concentration.

Third, lack of sleep may also undermine the process of remembering the brain, therefore, lack of sleep affects achievement. Because people do not like robots, humans after a long day still needed some time to rest for a nap so that his condition has improved or spirit back again. but unwittingly good sleep patterns can become a habit in their daily lives that can cause feel sleepy during the day, the body does not feel fresh or limp despite sleep. because adequate sleep is essential to keep the body healthy and make our brains fresher and during the process of learning our brain will receive well and good sleep it is extremely important for thinking and learning, therefore, good sleep patterns influence academic achievement.

So, many young people or students especially to disregard the sleep patterns not good, and less sleep occurs because of self and can be bad for their academic achievement and to address the hat by way of self-consciousness where the time to learn and where the time to relax and play. and do not sleep late at night due to lack of sleep greatly affects academic achievement.
