Influences of Sleeping Time

Sleep is one of activities that our body need to do. I think, if someone have to choose between sleep and eat, it shall choose sleep. After sleep, we can do anything, right? Many postive influences can we get from sleep, including for Academic Achievement. Because of that, we have to give ourselves enough time to sleep. There are many factors, both internal and external than can influence the quantity and quality of the sleep we have. And now, I shall tell you some influences from sleep.

One of some influences is health disease. If we are over sleeping can get headache and heartache. Actress Margot Robbies says, ‘good sleep keeps her body trim, not working out at gym’. “I feel like my body looks better if I get more sleep rather than an hour at the gym. I rush home because the priority is to get as much sleep as possible. I’m something of an insomniac; I’ve got eye masks and sleep music melatonim and lots of soothing scentes. I do everything possible to try to sleep better. I can’t go home and fall straight asleep, it takes a long time to switch my brain off,” said Margot.

The next influence of sleeping time enough can get mental disease effect. The people can be stress and depression if their sleeping time is not enoug, including when they do their activitist. We cannot focus on or study or work.

And the last, for Beauty Health. Do you know, regeneration of New Skin Cell is begin from 10 P.M until 2 A.M. yeah, because of that, we have to have a sleeping time enough. If not, our skin can be rugged and can make our face be pimply.

Many influences can we get if we have sleeping time enough. And I wanna suggest you to do something unique before sleep, so you shall can be sound of sleep. I will removed my Handphone from myself one hour before sleep and do something what I love, like reading or looking for many vocabulary from English book. But, you feel much better if you get enough sleep. If you do not get enough sleep, you will feel lethargic and tired. So, do you have enough sleep?
