Influences of Sleeping Time

Sleep is one of activities that our body need to do. I think, if someone have to choose between sleep and eat, it shall choose sleep. After sleep, we can do anything, right? Many postive influences can we get from sleep, including for Academic Achievement. Because of that, we have to give ourselves enough time to sleep. There are many factors, both internal and external than can influence the quantity and quality of the sleep we have. And now, I shall tell you some influences from sleep.
